Gymnastics is a tough sport with many different emotions. Joy and pride at a sucess, sadness and anger at a defeat. In this section gymnasts of all ages and all levels are invited to send in diary entries about their gymnastics. It could be an exciting competition you have just taken part in, a typical days training or even how you feel about an injury which is stopping you from training.
